Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AP Digisolutions, we aim to deliver high-quality digital solutions tailored to each client. As we invest significant time, planning, and resources into each project, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before availing our services.

1. Service-Based Nature

Our services—such as website development, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and branding—are intangible and time-bound. Hence, refunds are not applicable once a project is initiated or a milestone is delivered.

2. Refund Conditions

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If the client changes their mind after project initiation.
  • If the delay is due to the client’s failure to provide timely data, content, or feedback.
  • For digital marketing services (SEO, SMO, Ads) once the campaign has started.
  • For partial work already completed and delivered.
  • If service issues arise due to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.).

3. Cancellation Terms

  • A service can be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice from either side.
  • If cancelled mid-project, billing will be done for the work completed till that date.
  • If there is adjustment of service cost then the adjustment will be done on a pro-rata basis of the MRP of the product.
  • All unpaid dues must be cleared before project files, access, or credentials are handed over.

4. Advance & Booking Payments

  • Any advance or booking amount paid for securing resources or locking project slots is non-refundable.
  • For long-term contracts (e.g., monthly retainers), cancellation requires 30 days’ prior notice.

5. Mode of Refund (if applicable)

In exceptional cases only, if a refund is approved by our management:

  • It will be processed within 15 working days.
  • The refund will be made via the original payment method only.

6. How to Request Cancellation

7. Disputes & Resolution

In case of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt mutual resolution first. If unresolved, the matter will fall under the jurisdiction of Ulhasnagar, Maharashtra courts.
