These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and all digital services offered by us, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, SEO, SMO, and related services. By using our services or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  • “Client”, “User”, “You” refers to any person or entity using our website or services.

     

  • “Services” include website design and development, SEO, SMO, GMB setup, online ads, and other digital solutions.

     

2. Scope of Services

  • We provide digital services as per the agreed proposal or work order.

     

  • The scope, pricing, and deliverables will be confirmed through written communication (email, quotation, invoice, or proposal).

     

  • Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be charged extra.

     

3. Client Responsibilities

  • The client must provide all necessary inputs, content, images, logins, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

     

  • Delays in inputs may impact timelines and result in rescheduling or additional charges.

     

  • You must ensure that all content shared with us is original, copyright-free, or licensed.

     

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% to 70% advance is required to begin the project, depending on service type.

     

  • Remaining payment is due upon milestone completion or prior to project handover.

     

  • Delay in payments may result in pausing or terminating the project or ongoing services.

     

  • No refunds will be made for partial work or ongoing service plans once initiated. Refer to our Refund Policy for details.

     

5. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines depend on timely inputs and approvals from the client.

     

  • We will not be responsible for delays caused due to client inaction, change in scope, or technical limitations outside our control.

     

  • Any urgent deliveries must be discussed in writing and may incur additional costs.

     

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • We retain ownership of all code, content, designs, and other deliverables until the full payment is received.

     

  • After full payment, final deliverables (excluding third-party assets) are transferred to the client for commercial use.

     

  • We may use completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

     

7. Third-Party Services

  • Some services may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools).

     

  • We are not responsible for policy changes, performance, or outages of these platforms.

     

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business or personal information.

     

  • We do not share your data with any third-party except as required to deliver the service or comply with the law.

     

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to the use of our services.

     

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or leads as digital marketing is subject to external factors beyond our control.

     

  • The client agrees to indemnify AP Digisolutions against any claims arising from misuse of our services or materials provided by the client.

     

10. Service Cancellation & Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with a 15-day written notice.

     

  • Work done until the date of termination will be billed and must be paid by the client.

     

  • In monthly services (e.g., SEO, SMO), a 30-day notice period is required for cancellation.

     

11. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

     

  • Updated terms will be posted on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.

     

  • Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.

     

12. Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ulhasnagar , Maharashtra.
